Team History
B+ has been around since 2000, when it was a team of college freshman losing a lot of games by a lot of points.  We have existed as essentially a pickup team of friends until this year.  We are based mostly in Washington, DC but also have a notable contingent in North Carolina (from where the team originally hails).  This year, B+ remained a team of friends and a team of geographic diversity while also managing to get more competitive.  We lost three key women and one key male but filled their openings with equally strong players.  We are still young (average age 23), but have aged enough to be wiser without being slower.  We like to play D but are smart enough to know that good offense is pretty sweet too.  We are also smart enough to know that being in Sarasota for the third time is also pretty sweet, and we’d like to make the most of it.
