Team History
The three Furies of ancient Greek mythology were known as the avenging goddesses who sought justice.  Just as the Furies relentlessly hounded transgressors, pursuing their victims from city to city without rest or pause, FURY never gives up when chasing plastic, whether in the USA or across the world in Finland. While the Greeks were so terrified of the Furies that people would not refer to them by name and offered sacrifices to the altars of the gods, FURY's four-person cup is so feared by teams going to Sarasota that many are praying for no wind this year. Spectators should watch closely to catch a glimpse of the Furies' wings as FURY players lay out with reckless abandon for the disc, whether they are on offense or defense.  With the tireless determination of the team's namesake, FURY is going to Sarasota with the sole purpose of defending its national title and is ready for any battle of epic proportions.
