About the instructors:
Bryan Doo is the owner of Optimal Fitness in Boston, Massachusetts. He has trained NBA, NHL and Olympic Athletes.
Dan Cogan-Drew is a longtime Ultimate coach. Dan and Bryan are former teammates on Boston's legendary Ultimate Club team, Death or Glory.
